A practicing psychiatrist in both the NHS and the independent sector, Jan writes medical reports for personal injury, equality/discrimination, negligence, and capacity issues, all related to the presence or absence of psychiatric illness.

As Chair of the British Medical Association’s (BMA) MedicoLegal Committee, Jan was involved with the Civil Justice Council’s Expert Group, working on the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and related practice directions.

Through the BMA, an increasing involvement with the Department of Health and the Ministry of Justice led to an interest in self-determination and the development and running of courses on the assessment of capacity.


A Chartered Physiotherapist with 26 years extensive NHS & Private clinical and research experience. Chris’ work has been presented at national and international conferences and he regularly lectures to health professionals and lawyers on the subject of whiplash injury. Chris has made over forty conference, seminar & course presentations to health professionals and lawyers and contributed to 15 peer reviewed physiotherapy and medical journal publications.

Chris’ holds a  full time clinical post in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy was a contributor Ministry of Justice Whiplash Reform Working Party Core Group & Medical Sub-group member (2014). As an industry expert he gave evidence in Parliament to the Transport Select Committee enquiry into Whiplash (2013).


David is a medical doctor who has spent the last 15 years at the forefront of technological innovation in the medico-legal services market. He was the architect of the much acclaimed Expert reportwriting package, Corex,  has been part of several large acquisitions and mergers and is well known throughout the sector. David thrives on finding innovative solutions to give administrative efficiencies to experts, law firms and insurers.

A former chairman of the Association of Medico-Legal Organisations (AMRO), David is enthused to be part of a positive, vibrant team leading the way through the change in medico-legal reporting.
